These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk356 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or uses the pk356 website at https://pk356.cam ("the Website"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk356.

By accessing the Website, completing the registration process or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). The bonus amount, or bonus plus deposit amount, must be wagered that number of times before associated winnings become withdrawable. • Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, individual bets must not exceed the maximum stake limit stated in the bonus terms. Placing bets above this limit voids the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each bonus's terms. Slots may contribute 100% while table games or live casino games contribute at a reduced rate.

• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be claimed per person, household, IP address or device unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms.
• Abuse & Fraud: Any attempt to abuse, exploit or manipulate bonus structures — including through coordinated play, automated strategies or multiple account registrations — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, forfeiture of winnings derived from the bonus and account closure.

All sports bets and casino wagers placed on pk356 are subject to the rules of the relevant game or market. Users accept these rules by placing a bet. Key general rules include:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account

Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, pk356's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
